New service! Construction industry photography with CSCS card site access

Published: 2nd January 2019

I’m a health & safety tested holder of a CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card, which means I can easily access construction sites anywhere in the UK. I actually hold two CSCS cards, one blue “Skilled Worker” card which relates to a professional construction industry qualification (NVQ) I hold in Painting & Decorating from many years ago and also a yellow “Site Visitor” card which I took out for general/non-construction-related access.

This means that I can go places where 99% of other professional photographers cannot, and have the specific knowledge to work safely and effectively in the dangerous and unpredictable environment of a live construction site. Holding a CSCS card gives the site managers the peace of mind that allowing me access to their sites, following their standard site induction, won’t cause issues for them.

So, if you work in the construction industry and need some photography for your website or marketing, then get in touch. There’s no better type of photography to sell your services with than photographs of you and your team doing what you do; working on site, applying your skills and knowledge, and delivering your high-quality product.
